Her passion for holistic & complementary health led Sarah Lund to found Home Holistics visiting therapists. Helping people - both by giving treatments and by sharing her techniques with other talented therapists - gives Sarah great pleasure in life.
Sarah Lund
Originally from Grove Park, Sarah became interested in complementary therapy after a three year spell living and working in Japan. She studied Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage at Morley College, London, and qualified in 1994 with a credited ITEC certificate. Qualifying in Reflexology and Aromatherapy in the same year, Sarah found that people responded extremely positively to her approach and technique - she has been busy treating people ever since.
Sarah started Home Holistics as a central point for therapists and as a way to share experience and approach to therapies.
Outside of work Sarah likes to read, listen to a huge variety of music (from drum'n'bass to Mozart) or curl up in front of the fire with a cup of tea and a murder mystery on TV . And oh, just one last thing, her two dogs Scruffy and Ella are great company by the fire and for nice long walks too.
